Alys Beach's Problem

As Alys Beach grew so did the silos of critical data needed to efficiently identify potential prospects and successfully market to them. It was becoming apparent to them that the separate systems of data built within spreadsheets, Salesforce data, event ticket sales, digital ad campaign results, and homeowner data were not working. In an ever increasingly competitive world of vacation home real estate rentals and sales, Alys Beach was in need of improved systems of marketing data analysis and reporting.

IdeaWeavers' Solution

After conducting a Quick Focus with the Alys Beach marketing team IdeaWeavers was able to create a rapid plan to integrate Alys Beach’s existing marketing and customer data into one efficient dashboard within CommonThread. Throughout the process the IdeaWeavers team was also able to identify other areas of improved reporting and data integration that have led to increased opportunities for efficiency. The result has been better understanding of the customer sales funnel for members of the Alys Beach marketing and management teams ultimately uncovering advantages to be implemented in their advertising media planning and marketing strategies.
