Prior to CommonThread, they were receiving a litany of emailed spreadsheets and even scanned handwritten forms that had to be manually consolidated to a master spreadsheet for reporting, limiting the scalability of their model. Our IdeaWeavers team built them a customized client portfolio tracking database which each partner church enters their data into directly, creating a standard operating procedure that’s quick, easy and enables them to satisfy Centers for Disease Control requirements and continue to receive their sponsorship.
