Position Summary

We are looking for bright, customer-focused people with strong academic backgrounds, intellectual curiosity, and creativity. From building new features to debugging customer issues as they arise, our ideal next hire has strong critical thinking skills and is able to troubleshoot effectively. Position Summary

IdeaWeavers is seeking an experienced BDR/AE to help place our CommonThread platform in clients with 50-500 users. CommonThread is used by more than 40 clients in multiple industries to solve their major business management needs.

IdeaWeavers has been in business for 25 years. Our target markets are professional/trade services, manufacturing, and non-profits. CommonThread includes modules, workflow tools, and dashboards for all departments (Sales, Production/Delivery, Finance, HR, and Management). We have several ways to get started with clients and a robust set of tools to allow us to grow the account/solution over time. Typical starting projects include Integrated KPI Dashboards, Enterprise Lifecycle, Fill-in Gaps, and Legacy System Replacement. Our Quick Focus process is designed to be an effective entry point for clients that also helps us rapidly and consistently deliver quality solutions for our clients.

We have worked with our marketing partner to revise our messaging, website, and sales presentation this year. At the same time, we have refined our email drip lists and campaigns, and are achieving impressive open rates. Now IdeaWeavers needs a sales leader who can prioritize markets, open doors, and maintain relationships in larger deals.
