After conducting a Quick Focus with the Alys Beach marketing team IdeaWeavers was able to create a rapid plan to integrate Alys Beach’s existing marketing and customer data into one efficient dashboard within CommonThread. Throughout the process the IdeaWeavers team was also able to identify other areas of improved reporting and data integration that have led to increased opportunities for efficiency. The result has been better understanding of the customer sales funnel for members of the Alys Beach marketing and management teams ultimately uncovering advantages to be implemented in their advertising media planning and marketing strategies.
